A lot better than before. At least feels like it was back when it was stock.
Able to get 16-17 if I'm careful on interstate, 12-14 around town.
Thank you for ur input. I appreciate actual ideas rather than people telling me what I already know like its my first jeep! Did you find the hypertech worth the money cause that's what I was looking at?

I got the Hypertech when I was running 4:10's and 35's. I noticed it helped keep from downshifting as much. Gas mileage went up about 1-2 mpg with the 87 octane tune.
The Hypertech has come in really handy for me.
Was able to reprogram again when I went to 5:38's and 37's. have had the check engine light come on a few times lately and it has been nice to check my own codes and reset engine light.
Plus they are local to me and have always picked up the phone and helped me when asking questions.

I have driven a few rigs with a supercharger, the power is nice but gas mileage is gonna suffer as you are adding more fuel to make that power.

And again, gears where probably the best thing I ever did for making mine more drive able.
Here's a little video of 0-60 with 5:38's, Hypertech , flowmaster exhaust on 37 mud grapplers.

Now I have an automatic unfortunately and it looks like you have manual. Will it still perform roughly the same way or is it not worth my time?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gHo9qf8hV4&feature=youtube_gdata_player Ok, so maybe that's not practical. I had an aFe stage 2 (with the dry - washable filter), but took it out hoping to get a snorkel someday soon. The aFe gave a bump in seat of the pants acceleration and a good noticeable bump in mileage. I am sure with some Ripp long tube headers and a tune, the aFe and a freer flowing exhaust you will be able to wake a JK.

I supercharged mine. Its nice being able to climb hills without having to downshift..it'll be even better when I do gears(stock 3.21's right now)

I never had a problem doing the program. I actually toned it down some!!!
I went into the throttle percentage and took a little out.
When I first ran the new program it felt like it was holding the shifts a little to long.

That's the cool thing with it. You can try something and put it back if ya don't like it.

The winch feature is cool also. Kicks the idle up under hard pulls.

The only thing I plan on doing now is a Airaid intake, and probably the screaming demon coils and wires.
Figure it will at least make it a hair more responsive on the throttle.

I take my top and doors off. Huge difference.

I also once had a YJ with a 4 banger. Make my JK feel like a rocket ship.
