I was just outside of Groton, doing 5 under the speed limit on Easter and got pulled over by an a$$ wipe looking to screw someone. He threatened me while he was at it. I took it to the DAs office pissed all over everyone there and told them what happened and asked if they preyed on out of town people. I was pulled over for tinted windows that were factory tinted. Finally the guy that ran the office went out with me - looked at the windows, listened to how I was treated and told me he would discipline the cop and called me 3 days later to update me and let me know what was done.

Yeah man everyone else was parked stupid and i was late and it was the last spot and im sure i was the only one to get a ticket ohhh and the dean parks on next to the red curb so ima take pictures and fight it because thats bull shit that only i got a ticket

I can beat it. I got someone else's ticket. Last fourth of July me the wife and my two year old daughter leave home heading to get some ice cream. To get there we have to pass thru a speed trap town. Everyone local knows that. So I'm headed to get the I.C. when this p.o.s. geo storm blows by me doing about 70 in a 55. As I'm getting passed a local cop is rounding the corner over a mile away. The storm slams on breaks and i keep going my same speed.55. Well as the cop passes us he hits his lights. In my head im thinking you're screwed mr storm, but he didnt pull the storm over he pulled me over. Gave me a ticket for 70 in a 55. Tried to reason with the cop but that got me nowhere. Took it to court where the judge told me that his officers of the law were sooo good that they could tell if a car were speeding with only thier eyes. Had to pay a 250 dollar ticket and got 2 points against me. So if you find yourself in Ft. Lawn sc watch yourself real good. They do what they want there.

You'll love this one...I live on a cul de sac and overnight everyone got a ticket whose vehicle extended even one inch over the sidewalk. There was about ten of us, but the next day a notice came from one of the neighbors that they had taken pics of the cop parked in his car at the end of the street sleeping that night, looks like he figured he'd justify the time spent on our street or something. Needless to say, the tickets were thrown out when the pics were shown in court!

 

I would of appealed that over and over. That's ridiculous.

 

Just an update i called the number and they said there is no violation to that licence plate? Pretty weird

 

Only one judge in that town, so there was nowhere for it to go. I went with a bench trial not knowing the attitude of the judge. I chalk that one up to all the times I've gotten away with stuff, but you're right, freakin ridiculous.
