Hop, you sound just like me.

I also bought one last year, used it for three days, couldn't stand it, so rolled it back up and put it back in the box. Sent about 4 emails to the spider shade guy about returning it, never heard back from him, so its still sitting in the corner of my office.

I bought a dirty dog 4x4 2 piece shade and it's awesome. Super high quality. Great bungee attachments and the fit is really good. No flapping at all at highway speeds. Cost is $160 shipped so it's a little more expensive, but worth it.

I bought two tops to try out, Spidershade & BestTop.

I liked the Spidershade material, it was darker/shadier material. I did not like the gaps around the sides, dont understand why they cant make the top 6"-8" wider? I also could not stand the flapping noise of the Spider.

The BestTop covers everything front to back and side to side, no gaps anywhere. The shade material is not as dark is my only complaint. Does not flap at all in the wind.

The ideal top would be the BestTop with the Spider material.

Since I never run a top I really dont care about the ability to keep a top on and still be able to put hard top on. Either top only takes a couple of minutes to put on.

Put my Jkini on yesterday and took it out for a quick drive. For the price I actually like it so far. In AZ the top is down most of the time and the sun is blazing here.

For those of you with the spideweb shade how long did it take for you to receive it? I ordered mine 11 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. I sent them a message on their website earlier today but haven't heard back.

Took about a week. I know that they were at beach week last week so that nay account for the slow response and slow shipping.

Bought mine at the event in Daytona a couple weeks ago. So far the wife and I love it! I was worried it would make it seem like not having the top down at first, but it is open enough to see through and makes a huge difference with the sun though!!

Default Best Birthday Gift!

So I finally got the Spiderweb ultra-mesh for my 4 door. My boyfriend got it for me for my birthday (a little early). It came in about 2 days (Counting Sunday) and we finally put it on this weekend. It is AWESOME! I'm not burning up driving around anymore. It also doesn't flap around at all on the highway. I still have to try putting the soft top on with it installed but I think it should go smoothly. Highly Recommended!!
