Stall Bug maybe????
Searched for the "StallBug" and "all dash warning lights came on, while driving" however the last post I saw was about 6 months ago.
Have had the JK unlimited, auto since Nov. 06, and never had a problem.
Last week the wife came home from work and said the Jk stalled out on her just down the street. She said she was driving and all of a sudden it slowed down and all the dash lights came on, then it just shut off. Said she re-started and it started back up and everything was normal. I took it out for a drive and found nothing wrong.
This morning I drove her to work in the Jk so I could clean it up a bit. The drive to where she works is about 7 miles. As we were heading up the road about a mile from her workplace, the JK slows down and all the dashlights come on. Never stalled out, however it went from about 40 to 20mph, and seemed like it was starving for fuel. It seemed to run like that for only a few seconds when all the dash lights except for the red battery light went out, and it began to run normal. Since the headlights were on along with the factory fogs this was showing on the dash as well. Got to her workplace and then turned the ignition off. Waited about a minute or so. Re-started the Jk and all seemed normal. About 2 miles into the drive home and driving about 40mph, it slowed down again and began bucking a bit. At this time the ABS light came on but the JK regained speed, and the brakes appeared to work fine, and except for the ABS light, everything appeared normal. A few seconds later the ABS light went out, however so did the dashlight for the fogs. The headlights remained on but the foglights were out even though the light stalk was still positioned for having them on. Pulled over and turned the JK off. Re-started and all was normal the rest of the way home. Tried to replicate the failure on a drive around the block a few times, however everything was normal.
After the sun came up I checked the battery terminal and all electrical connections under the hood. All were tight, and everything lookd okay.
Guess I'm going to hit the dealer after the new year, and place a bitch.
This would not be a good thing at 70mph in highway trafic.

Based on your symptoms and you checking the connections the voltage regulator in the alternator would be my guess. I am not sure if the Voltage regulator is computer controlled or not in the JK. Either case I would start with the alternator.
