What do you mean "Steelies that work"? Steelies that fit? Steelies that function well? Steelies that look good? Give us some definition!
There are tons of companies that produce steel wheels. A couple of the more popular brands are Pro Comp and Cragar. If you can't find what you want between those two companies then I don't know what to tell you.
Here's a link to several pages of Cragar steel wheels:

Some 15s work, some don't. Play it safe and go with a 16" wheel or larger. 16" steel wheels will work on every model of the JK. Personally I would go with a 16x8 wheel. For the time being, tires for 16" wheels are much cheaper than tires for 17" wheels. The narrower wheel will also hold your bead better off-road at lower pressure.
Style is a matter of opinion. Go with what you like.
It would be stupid to buy aftermarket wheels AND wheel spacers. Get the correct backspacing the first time around. If you're running a tire with a 12.5" section width then you need about 4.5" of backspacing.
I'm not sure if that was what you were looking for...

SOOOOOO........... Back to the original question... Please post steelies that work for YOUR jeep.
Not trying to be dumb bout anything, its just that just like you said, some work and some don't. Some people interchange the description of Cragar soft 8's with other wheels. SOme wheels places don't happen to have spare wheels in stock for a test fit. Just trying to prevent mistakes. I spoke to a tech from Cragar and he mentioned that not all 15's or 16's fit the new JK correctly. They are in the middle of designing and producing a new updated batch of wheels for the JK's by January 1st.
Thanks for your input.

"Please post steelies that work for YOUR jeep." I don't understand the "YOUR jeep" part. A wheel is a wheel--it doesn't care whose Jeep it's being installed on. Yes, some wheels work and some don't. The ones that work will work for all JKs, and the ones that don't work won't work on any JKs.
The only wheels that pose a problem for the JK are some 15" steel wheels. Are you wanting us to define which 15" wheels will clear the brake calipers? There are several threads that have done just that.
Here's the most popular 15-inch wheel thread:
