I tweaked my front bumper today and now need to make it into a stubby. Need to keep the cost down till I can purchase a real bumper.
Help me decide on which kit to get, thanks in advance!

 

I got the rough contry kit about a year ago, mainly because it was the only one out at the time but I too didn't have the money to buy a new bumper yet. It was an easy kit to put on and It make your Jk look differant than all the others in the neighborhood. I've got 3 silver JKU and 1 white JKU in my neighborhood.

It was very simple to do, took longer to go get my freinds sawzall than it did to do all the work on the bumper.

 

Don't think it matters which one you purchase, I got my stubby's from quadratec and their great. makes the jeep look a whole lot better.

 

I have rough country ones they are made out of steel vs the vdp which are made out of plastic

 

No kit required. Just one rubber made tub and some bed liner. Look into the stubby mods in the write up section.

 

I was thinking of those figured the whole bumper is plastic why bother getting the metal.
