There are plenty of easier trails that stock vehicles should have no problem running.
Potash Rd, Chicken Corners, Onion Creek, Picture Frame Arch, Long Canyon, Spring Canyon Bottom and many more. keep in mind many of these are shelf roads so if you're uncomfortable with driving on cliffsides you'll need to do your research.

lastly, don't go alone!! Hook up with some folks in your area for your first time out an keep out of the "bottoms" if there's any rain in sight. Many area's get impassible for a few days after a good rain.
