Default Not shocked

Man I am sorry to hear that. People say they are shocked and don't know why this is happening...its cause the world is steadily getting worse. The day after Christmas is 2002 my 1979 CJ7 was broken into. My stainless steel dash overlay was damaged, my CD player was jerked out, and my CDs were ROOTED THROUGH! The took the time to go through them! Took the ONE SINGLE SOLITARY BURNED rap CD that belonged to my GF at the time and left. Luckily my CB was in a speaker box that I built with a hidden compartment at the time. Whoever it was used MY screwdriver to pull the CD player and cut their hand...I hope the bastard bled to death.

Anyway it was a $100 CD player from walmart. People will steal anything. I am really sorry that happened to you, trust me I know how it feels.

The news reported this week that 600 GPS units were reported stolen from vehicles so far THIS YEAR in Philadelphia. Leaving the suction cup on the windshield or even the rings left on the windshield by th suction cup are clues for the scum. So not only do you have to hide everything, you need to clean your windshield.

I have a portable CB that I use when on the trails that I keep hidden in the cargo storage bin.

Man, that bites. People who mess with other peoples property are lower than snake bellies.

I'm not a gun owner, but I don't think I would ever leave a gun in any vehicle. That just sounds like your asking for trouble.

Sorry to hear about this but I wouldn't put out two cents for a car alarm for this very reason. People hear them so often they're deaf to them.
Even on construction sites people don't pay attention to back-up alarms and are run over daily.

thank you all for the sympathy i was just venting my frustration not so much as to my financial loss of cb , window , door damage radar, etc. its just my real hate of criminals in general ,people who steal instead of earning a honest hardworking living. im sure of this though, whatever bad things u do in your life somehow things will even out, something bad will happen to these criminals.

Just had my JK broken into this past Saturday as well. All they got was an XM radio that is useless and the scary part my insurance/registration info. Insurance co said nothing to worry about. Registration is long expired and from across the county. But man, it sucks.
