Stubby Bumper this weekend. Any Suggestions?
I decided that I am going to do the stock bumper conversion to stubby. Any helpful suggestions or special tools that I will need? Thanks in advance.

Maybe a cheap soldering iron for melting the plastic? And a few extra sawzall blades (If you're cutting back the guts too).
It looked like a fairly straightforward write-up...
OH, and don't forget the digital camera... that is one key tool!
