After doing some more research I have decided to get 265/75r16 duratracs and 16" steel rims for $40 each off of ebay. I found a local guy who wanted $250 for his 16" alloys but the $90 savings helps with the price difference between the duratracs and AT2s.

Also, my Jk was delivered last night!
