thing had been fine till i parked it last night. she was outside adn the coldest night she's seen since gettin laid up by 10deg or more. was 41deg when i got in this mornin.

turned the key and BING ... abs, brake, eas/bas, and the check engine light were on. WTF? got on the road and no speedo either! ... lame. i like my speedo as i kinda drive fast (maybe the highways are 55mph and maybe i do 80 [every day going to work {and still pull 15+ mpg }]). so about half way in i look down and the speedo is back and all the lights are out, except the check engine. then they all come back plus the traction light for like 10sec and go back out.

ok, so the speed sensor had a bad morning, messed up all the controls, and threw a code. code is still logged but the sensor seams to have woken up. as i'm at work in nice clothes, is there a speed sensor on the tail housing of the t-case, or does it use the tone rings on the rear axle??
