superchip error code

I bought a flashpaq on this site and they said it was reset but im getting error code G-3F when i tried to program does anyone know what this means

I'm not sure if thats the same code I got but you need to put the key 2 clicks foward. I only did one and I got a general error code and It told to to call superchips.

Yep, more often than not, people get this code because they turn the key to ACC and not to ON.

WTF!! I'm getting this g-3f code crap too! I'm turning on correctly, to second click-not starting engine. I was able to change my tire size why not tune? What else could I be doing wrong?

good luck had the same problem, two weeks later and three computers all with different internet connections, tech support could not resolve issue, and they tried, [probably a bad unit out of the box] i had enough and sent it back. so i will just be happy with my aeroforce gauge.

I got the same code too but had brother n law reboot the flashpaq an was able to tune jp. Hope this helps an f not good luck.

What do you mean "reboot"? Just unplug it or update on the website again?
