We are in the middle of moving to a new website at the moment and that is why you are noticing some issues. Our previous web designer fell in love with Flash and the honest truth is that we have had nothing but trouble with it.

The new site will be eaier to navigate and provide better details on the products and services we offer.

Internet update will also be updated as well to resolve issues and make the process simpler for you the customer.

Growing pains are always tough and we appreciate your partience with us as we move forward with these updates.

Now what's left is a lot of people who don't really know what they're doing, trying to figure out how to support a product they don't really understand.

That's a very common scenario with companies.

That's why their own website won't work with many browsers and nobody has a clue on how to fix it.

I bought one, after one re-program after another, after another, I shipped it back. Never could make it work. Be careful what you say on here, they don't like people that talk bad about Superchips.

I see I'm not the only one that feels that way.

Did you buy your JK used by any chance? Shot in the dark, but what if a previous owner already had a tune on it of some sort when he/she sold it. Just brainstorming on this one. If you bought it new, obviously disregard.

Sorry for your 'super' troubles....hopefully that new one works!

I purchased my Superchips a little over a year ago and it worked great, 6,000 mile round trip to MT, then added BFG KM2 35's about 6 months later - reprogrammed for new tire size, again no problems.
Hope you get your issues straightened out, but from my end is was a good experience, maybe they are growing a tad too fast to keep up.

No fallback html website.. Nothing. They don't want your business unless you have flash installed.

I knew immediately that they were technologically incompetent and that I didn't want anything to do with their product. People thought I was too idealistic and that I was wrong. I wasn't though. If you can't get your website figured out (and you hire idiots to design it), how can I trust you not to blow up my jeep's CPU?

I'll bet you money that their stupid software only works with windows too.

Voted with my wallet and went with a different company (not sure I can mention it, they may not be a sponsor).
I'm not defending superchips, but I can't believe you discredited a company because they use shockwave flash. I also can't seem to believe you aren't using it already.
