Superchips = SuperCRAP
We are in the middle of moving to a new website at the moment and that is why you are noticing some issues. Our previous web designer fell in love with Flash and the honest truth is that we have had nothing but trouble with it.
The new site will be eaier to navigate and provide better details on the products and services we offer.
Internet update will also be updated as well to resolve issues and make the process simpler for you the customer.
Growing pains are always tough and we appreciate your partience with us as we move forward with these updates.

I think what happened is that some people with skill and knowledge designed the flashpaq and then left the company for whatever reason.
Maybe they were just contractors, maybe they got tired of dealing with their mouthbreathing co-workers, or maybe they just went to do something better.
Now what's left is a lot of people who don't really know what they're doing, trying to figure out how to support a product they don't really understand.
That's a very common scenario with companies.
That's why their own website won't work with many browsers and nobody has a clue on how to fix it.

I bought one, after one re-program after another, after another, I shipped it back. Never could make it work. Be careful what you say on here, they don't like people that talk bad about Superchips.
Well I got mine about a week ago, it was a pain in my ass for a couple of days until I figured it out,I was having a problem with their website and logging in, now everything is great
I love my superchips

I spoke with quadratec again and they are 2 day airing me another flashpaq. Superchip's techs are out of the picture at this point, because to me it seems like they have no clue as to what they are doing. If this replacement programmer does not work either then I will send back and invest in another programmer. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it works. It just boggles me as to why my experience has been nothing but negative so far, while there are so many other customers out there that experienced the complete opposite. It's very frustrating.
Sorry for your 'super' troubles....hopefully that new one works!
I purchased my Superchips a little over a year ago and it worked great, 6,000 mile round trip to MT, then added BFG KM2 35's about 6 months later - reprogrammed for new tire size, again no problems.
Hope you get your issues straightened out, but from my end is was a good experience, maybe they are growing a tad too fast to keep up.

I could have told you this.
A while back I needed to recalibrate my speedometer and I was shopping around... Went to the superchips website and got the error message 'THIS WEBSITE REQUIRES FLASH'.
No fallback html website.. Nothing. They don't want your business unless you have flash installed.
I knew immediately that they were technologically incompetent and that I didn't want anything to do with their product. People thought I was too idealistic and that I was wrong. I wasn't though. If you can't get your website figured out (and you hire idiots to design it), how can I trust you not to blow up my jeep's CPU?
I'll bet you money that their stupid software only works with windows too.
Voted with my wallet and went with a different company (not sure I can mention it, they may not be a sponsor).
