Suspension
Yes, it will fit. No, you shouldn't want it. You really need to research lifts a bit more and buy something worthwhile, and don't get caught up in thinking that higher is better. I don't have the energy tonight, but I'm sure others will chime in. You might check out Dirtman's sticky at the top of the modified sub-forum as a good starting point. You're at least on the right path asking questions before doing it
This is the thread that resharp001 is referring to.

To be clear on what resharp and dirtman (at the link jedg provided) are saying is that these are the correct order for mod questions:
1. What do I intend to do with this Jeep (rock crawling, mudding, overlanding, even strut at the mall, if that's your thing).
2. What size tires do I need to do that?
3. What's the MINIMUM lift I need to fit those tires and have good clearance (at full articulation unless it's just a mall crawler and will never articulate more than a curb)?
Don't be fooled by all of those people driving pickups on skyhigh lifts. Most have no idea what goes into building a vehicle for off-road use. You put a four inch lift on your Jeep and you will soon learn about failed driveshafts, pinion angles improperly adjusted so new suspension control arms are needed, adjustable trackbars, cutting off and re-welding spring perches, replacing differential covers with high fill ports, etc.

Piggy backing off what was already said, yes it will fit but there are much better options out there. Figure out what you plan to do with the jeep first then couple that with the dirtman lift sticky and you'll have a much better grasp of what you need for an educated purchase rather than poor justification. A lot of factors go into making a JK ride well on the road, its much more than slapping on a lift and tires that unfortunately many don't care to learn.
Hello guys!
I have JK Wrangler 2012, and i think it`s time to change my shocks, but i have a dilemma.
Some of my friends telling me to change them for struts. Is it worth and what`s the difference between shocks and struts?
Thank you!

You need to research "coilovers". Unless you have a pretty aggressive build, run Baja type stuff, and are looking to throw several additional grand in to your suspension, it's ridiculous for someone to tell you to do that vs. simply replacing your shocks.
As i know, struts is for a sporty suv`s, because it`s make ride more confident and stiff. I don`t think i am that kind of person who need a speed on a off-road.
And still., i am not sure that i understood what`s the difference between shocks and struts.
