Default Swing Up Trailer Hitch Cargo Rack

In the market for a trailer hitch cargo rack for more storage room in the 2 door. All the cargo racks that I have found would suffice but I would like for one to "swing up" so it would be out of the way when on the trail.

Does anyone know of or have seen this done? I'd like for it to still hold some storage but I wouldn't expect it to hold the rated amount of weight due to the extreme angle.

Any input or ideas would be great. If it comes down to it, I don't mind piecing something together from tractor supply.

I have one, but you would need to get an extension for this to swing up. A two foot extension, as the tire is so freaking big. I dont have a hitch yet (had the rack from previouse veh), and am hoping to get one in the near future.
I will need to get an extension just to put the thing on, as there are side rails on the rack.

I have a Harbor Freight Aluminum basket I got on sale for about $50.

If I wanted it to swing up, I would get one of this:

That's exactly what I was looking for. I may drill some holes so I can have it at an angle due to the tire.

Just like the previous post mentioned, the tire sticks out so much it won't go straight up without an extension. When on the trial I'd rather not sacrifice departure angle for it the rack going straight up and down.

Thanks for the help !!
