tellico
so my x keeps talking shit about jeeps and how much yotas are better. she keeps telling me about this tellico trail and how hard it is. has anyone done it and have any feed back on it? also where is it located?
I have never done that trail or any other trail at Tellico for that matter. I had planned on going this year and unfotunately the damn tree huggers had it closed....I believe it is located right here in North Carolina..Maybe someone who has had the pleasure of going to Tellico will chime in..As far as a yota being better then a JEEP i guess we know why she is your X..

Tellico was an awesome place to wheel and it is where many people grew up to love the outdoors and off roading. There were several very tough trails there. Guardrail, Hellicopter Pad, Lower 2, Slickrock, and School Bus are some of the most famous. Access was limited at first by some "seasonal" closings, with the rest being shut down a year later. The Forest Service claimed that silt was being washed into the Tellico river from OHV use, which endangered the fish. It was really just a liberal forest manager who didn't agree with the expense of the maintenance. Sad story...
