Thumbs up Teraflex= awsome customer service

Went out to the river awhile back to hang out for the afternoon and a buddy egged me on to quickly hit this little mud pit and spit some mud around. This was not a hardcore trail nor did the hole look very big so I still had my swaybar all locked into street mode. When I went into the mud pit my passengerside front tire dropped to full flex as the driverside tire was up high and dry, any how I bent the passenger side arm on my S/T setup.

I got in contact with Joe @ Teraflex through the forum thinking I would have to buy a new arm. After he reviewed pics and my story he and Teraflex decided to ship me a new arm free of charge.

It is nice having a swaybar again as it was getting pretty scetchy without one and having no doors on.

Thank you Joe and Teraflex for gettin me back on the trail

And some people wonder why most recommend their product around here. Lots of companies could learn from Teraflex

Well said!
Seems like the good customer service guys are those who wheel as well and I know Joe does because we wheeled with him in Moab...maybe that's what makes them different, they just get it!

Ditto, being able to call and talk to a tech when I needed it installing my lift was a HUGE help. I will for sure be buying more of their products in the future.

My experience with Teraflex is also excellent. But I'm really a bit confused how the arm bent just from flexing it? Did it hit something? I have the same arms and they are pretty beefy. Any pics?

Edit - Never mind.... I just reread it. I thought you meant a control arm.

When I buy my lift it will be a teraflex. Just because of the good press they have on this forum.

Default Amen!

folks wonder why their sales are falling - it's because of crappy customer service. you can have the best product in the world but if you fail to support customers you may as well lay off your sales team!

Teraflex takes the time to understand your needs and guide you to the right product, and when/if it fails they help you 110%.

When i had my crappy procomp "4 inch" lift and added Teraflex's control arms i couldn't shorten them enough to prevent a wicked angle in the rear pinion. Teraflex shipped out an older arm they had that was a little shorter to try and help get the pinion angle right.

When i finally sh@tcanned the procomp springs and went with Teraflex springs i found out what the REAL problem was. Procomps "4 inch" lift is only 3.5 inches, Teraflex's is 5+ inches. So Teraflex essentially helped me fix procomps incompetent and inferior lift.

I agree - Teraflex has the BEST customer service in the industry. I've worked with a lot of other manufacturers of driveline and suspension parts and no one comes close.

Kudo's to Teraflex, that's one name i proudly advertise on my rig!
