Teraflex Problems - PROBLEM ADDRESSED

I ordered a set of front lower control arms on 11/18 and havent gotten them yet. As long as I get them pretty soon, I'll be happy. I was told on the 28th that they should ship in a few days, so maybe I'll see them soon.

FYI - TeraFlex doesn't sell directly to the end user. But we do drop items all the time for our resellers. Doesn't mean that the end user can't call us. We have been getting alot of backordered items out the door in the last week and this week. Our bumpers/tire carriers sales has been awesome. TeraFlex has been caught off guard a little with the amount of sales for items for the JK. Our sales staff goes down and helps get items out. I am sorry for the delays, be aware that TeraFlex has made changes here to speed things up.
