Thngs you'll never do to your Jeep. The critic's thread.
Well i'll never do this to my jeep again!!! The "mud" also consisted of big chunks of rock/ coal, which clogged the drain plugs. So the water puddled up to my ankles instead of flowing out like it was supposed to. What was in the rear storage compartment you ask? Oh just my amp lol. Still works tho!!!

umm, taking plastic bumper covers off or any plastic for that matter and calling it "naked", that is not what "naked" means, no top and no doors is "naked"
Also......
Why is everyone hating on Automatics? I seriously got tired of shifting for 8+ years in the YJ and now that I've been in the city (sort of) for 2 years I like having an auto, try driving a stick in rush hour traffic! makes hill climbing/wheeling easier too. I don't hate or dislike what people do to their jeeps its what they do in, around, or about their jeeps. i.e., not waving, calling it a car, I can't stand it when people don't clean the brake dust off their front rims..grr, that goes for all vehicles. umm, I'm considered the Stock Wheeler. Wheeled the crap out of my 95', only thing not stock was the tires. I don't care if you are chromed out, plasti-dipped all over, rattle-canned to death, lifted 6 inches with 30x9" tires, as long as you are happy and proud to be a jeep owner then more power to ya! Everyone else is just whiney babies, lol

With that said,
My dislikes include (but not limited to):
All Chrome (some is ok & can be done tastefully)
Not matching spare
2"+ Body Lifts Only
The tiny-thin fender flares
The Jeep owners who think they know everything and call others 'posers' for not doing a setup the way they think they should.
And I HATE my Besttop power boards but a necessary evil due to my aforementioned disability.
Hate the look of my snorkle but a necessary investment for my hemi.
Those riDICULOUS 'eye lashes'.
Like blacked-out Jeeps but getting tired of seeing them.
There's more buuuuut can't think of them.

I also agree with the mentality of it's your jeep do what you want with it and be a proud jeep owner(and PLEASE WAVE). There are lots of things mentioned here on this thread that I too wouldn't do to my baby... some I have
But the number one(well 2) things I won't do is...... COMPLAIN ABOUT GAS MILEAGE and STRIP MY JEEP DOWN and return it back to stock...... NEVER!!!
