Default Thoughts on coating bumpers witg plastidip or bed liners?

I've seen various ideas on some other sites about ways to protect/renew bumpers. Mine are very faded at the moment and the front one is starting to get scratched up pretty bad so I'm looking for a fix.

I think I've narrowed it down to the following:
Plastidip vs duplicolor or rustoleum spray bed liner.

I've seen some painted ones as well but they seem to turn out very glossy.

Has anyone here had any good/bad experiences with those?

Any input is appreciated!

Plasti-dip will rip if it snags on anything I don't know much about the other two

I had plasti-dip on the skid plate of my bumper on my Raptor and I slammed that thing twice into the sand at the dunes at about 40 mph. The skid dented and even cracked in a few places, but the plasti-dip held up like a champ!!!

Well it holds up to sand fine but about a rock or tree.I've found plastic dip doesn't hold up to much of anything other than looking good.I think bed liner would work better

I put bed liner on my front bumper, its holding up nicely due to the epoxy most will bond well with the plastic, just be sure it is prepped well.

Thank you for the feedback. The more I hear the more I'm leaning toward bed lining.
