Default Thoughts and opinions about tube doors

Summer is coming around the corner and this will be the first summer that I've had my very first Wrangler, so I will be taking the doors off for sure. I've been waiting for that opportunity since I bought it back in late October. I was planning on going with some type of tube door when the hard doors come off. I've been looking at the Body Armor trails doors but wanted to get some thoughts and opinions before I shell out the $700 plus on 4-doors and the new side mirrors. Anyone have/had these and have any input on whether or not these are worth the money as far as quality and design, or any suggestions on alternative tube style replacement doors?

X2. I won a front set at a raffle and love them. Great quality and no noises once adjusted properly

That's exactly what my wife told me to do. That may be an option for now. It will be much cheaper just to grab a mirror relocation rather than 4 new doors and divert the extra cash into a different project. Perhaps my "Lift kit Fund", since I was already told that I could not borrow from the "Renovate the Kitchen" Fund.
My only hesitation to going doorless is the lack of protection in event of an accident. I know that the tube doors are not going to provide that much protection but at least there is some type of barrier between me and the crazy Chicago drivers all around me that are clueless to stop signs, red lights and other "optional" traffic signals.
Eitherway, I'm also going to have to invest in a good alarm system. I work in a pretty crummy area and I know my media center headunit would be gone as soon as a look the other way.

That's good to know that they hold up good after several years without any issues.
