Does it do the same thing if you turn the key on and let it build pressure for a few seconds before you start it?

How old are the plugs and wires?

Have you cleaned the inside of your throttle body? behind the butterfly valve, dirt builds up on back side.
Maybe run a fuel cleaner through the tank.

The throttle body doesn't see fuel so won't see seafoam. Also, be careful using seafoam with fuel that contains ethanol as seafoam is a 'hydrocarbon blend' with isopropanol (alcohol)

I try to stay away from ethanol, sorry when you said throttle body my mind was on injectors. My wife and I are out right now store hopping in the jeep no problems at all. Starts fine every time. It's worse over night.

How and where did you measure the fuel pressure?
Fuel pressure is supposed to be 58 ±2 psi.
Not sure why you would pull a vacuum line, or why the fuel pressure would change after doing so.

If you had a pin hole in the fuel line, fuel would be spraying out.

The fuel pump gets power while the engine is cranking, and all the time the engine is running.
