Default Tire help: Trip to Angel Fire

Hoping you guys can provide some help for a Houston, TX JK traveling to New Mexico. Wife and I are traveling to Angel Fire in a couple of weeks and trying to decide which tires would be best for the trip. I have the following sets to choose from:

31 Cooper Discoverer ATR (all terrain)
-OR-
33 Cooper STT (aggressive/mud)

Leaning towards the ATR for gas mileage and save the tread on my offroad set. Don't expect to be wheeling for fun, just getting to the cabin in Angel Fire. Sorry ahead of time to you snow experts if this is a dumb question....any advice is appreciated!!!

Yeah, those ATRs aren't really aggressive at all. They did get decent reviews in the snow, but since I now have the mud tires available, wasn't sure if I would be better off using them. I am guessing as long as I stay out of thick snow, I should be fine though...
