Default Tire question.

Where do you purchase your tires?

I am trying to find the best price on some 35" mud terrains.

Discounttiredirect is the best place IMO. Earl was a great help and got me a great matching deal on both wheels and rims. You really can go wrong with these guys plus they support the site.

x2 for DTD. They offer a discount for forum members, free shipping & free mounting/balancing if you're ordering wheels too. I'll be using them again.

I haven't purchased from DTD yet, but when I was researching I came across a lot of people on here getting great deals and service from them. I plan on ordering a set of wheels and tires from them in the next couple of months. Better pricing than tirerack for sure.

What kind of discount are we talking about? I got a price for some 35/12.5/16 Mickey Thompson baja mtz's 5 for $1500 mounted. Can they do better for a tire as good as this?

I know I shouldn't go to 35's without regearing but......... I will deal with that when time comes.

Jeepcop, just give them a call. Let them know what prices you have as a comparison and see what they say. Id bet they are willing to match at least if not beat it. Its best to get on the phone with them.

Try NC Automotive Inc in Clemmons - Terry is a good guy and might be able to help you out. I have had great experience with him.
