Default TJ/JK values..

So I notice that TJ values seem to hold well.. especially up here in the North.. I ponder.. down the road if the JK values will hold the same.. or if they will change due to 2011 interior mid generation change.. and 2012 possible engine change.. so an early 07-10 would be much cheaper than 11 or if due to more basic interiors in 07-10 this will be more sought after etc..

I doubt there will be much change. Wranglers & CJ's have always held good value, regardless of changes.

For example, one of the major mid run changes for Wranglers was with the YJ, when they changed the roll bars, and made soe other interior changes as well. Camparatively, it was as drastic a change as we've just seen but it had no effect on the older version.

if anything, at least for a little while it might make them more valuable as there willb ethose who don't like the new interior and want the old style and are willing to pay for it.

Plus you have to factor in that the majority of people who are looking at buying a used jeep would never even know that they changed the interior in 2011, or anything else for that matter. Usually if people like it they buy it as long as it is in good shape. Maybe 5 - 10% of people actually do research.

Still alot of believers in the 4.0L I6 and the fact that it could run 200,000 - 250,000 miles pretty easily keep the TJ values up......
