Default Tool Box in front bumper?

What do you guys think of a built in tool box on a front bumper. If you have seen any pics of these front bumpers thay are making now.....there looks to be an area for storage, especially if you want a non winch bumper. I think you could store some tools, a tow strap etc. with a locking door. the door would be where a typical winch would be.

I like the idea of being able to store items in bumpers as long as you can secure them and some what water proof. Don't want to have rusty tools!

It would be something if they made a bumper that could store a high lift jack.

I like the idea of a storage bumper but I would like it to be a rear bumper to even out the weight of the vehicle.

Would there be a problem with air flow? Maybe the tools would rattle too much and transfer noise into the vehicle. Just a few thoughts. If it was lined or padded so the tools wouldn't be rattling it might be a good thing.

I *THINK* the LOD REAR bumper...at least one of thier models does have a small lil' cubby hole for some tools....

But yeah a Big-azzed front one like found on old logging trucks with a flip up piece would definitely perk this guys interest or one with a winch mount and cubbies on either side

I don't have an extra $500 to buy a box to carry my tools in.

Sure you do. Just skip the Jeep payment one month.
