Default Torque Converter issues

dropped my 07JKXUL off yesterday for the rountine TSB regarding torque converter flash... apparently is has to be replaced.

Should i expect smoother gear shifts (auto), smoother idle while in drive and stopped at a light?

Anything else that a functional torque converter should provide me??

I am really looking forward to it as i will get it back today (maybe)... i really think that all the rough edge regarding the Transmission that i have been getting use to will be gone and it will be a whole different ride!

Anybody else have a good experience with this TSB?

Default it works

Yeah, my jeep went in for that recall. It does help it a lot! my problem was that it would studder like crazy when starting off after being parked a while. Now, its nice and smooth. Also, when passing, it doesnt pause between shifting into the passing gear. so no more of that sudden head snap. it just floats into the gears. I like how it is so far since i've gotten mine back.

LOL Your not the only one. Mine is on the lift right now also. They were hopeing to get it back to me today(dropped off this morn.) but it is harder to get out than they thought. Looks like tommorow afternoon. I was at the shop and looked at the take out and it does look like a real PAIN. I'm also hopeing for a better driveing expeirience with the new converter.
