was on my way home from vacation in MO visiting my wifes family. and decided to stop off in dallas to visit some friends of ours. We left bout 9 to head back to houston and after getting some gas I was turning left onto the freeway. I had a green light (but not the protected arrow come to find out) and made my turn and BAM. I never did see the guy that hit me till he was sitting under my wheel well.
I would suggest that you keep your "reports" close hold until all legal action is complete. You may not want anything you post here to come back to haunt you later.
Just a thought....

thanks Bretzky, but the report I gave the police is the same I gave here. No point in trying to hide anything. Your word is all you have.
And I got lucky with the last purchase and got a steal of a deal... Hopefully I can find me another steal soon!

So I just got a call...
They are going to fix it. With a quote of 3500 dollars...
I find it hard to beleive the frame didn't get torqued. I am gonna have to drive back to dallas and look at it again. This time in the daylight, 'cause I can't beleive it is repairable. Much less for under 5 grand.
How bad does a frame have to get torqued to effect a JK? Does anyone know?
And the pics I took didn't come out. It was dark and I apperantly didn't have my flash on. I think the flashing lights of the cops and wreckers messed with it as well. I will post the best one I have but it isn't very good.
