Towing package
If you're ordering a JK/JKU, it is best to get it as a factory installed option because you get a lower gear ratio which helps with towing up hills and ramps. If not, they anything that is rated the same as factory will do it for you. All these do is bolt on and have a wiring harness that plugs into an existing plug on all JK/JKUs (whether or not they came with factory tow option - they have the wiring plug).
Personally I have had a lot of bad experiences with Uhaul as a company and avoid them like the plague... otherwise anyone is a good source. Quadratec will probably be one of your cheapest options.

The actual ratio depends on model, tranny and body style (JK/JKU) on what ratio you get... but from what I understand it is either 3.73 or 4.10, but I don't know if that is true all the time for all models and all years. Sometimes other options you pick will give you the same lower gear ratio that the tow package gives you, but the tow package does give you lower gearing if you aren't already getting a JK/JKU with lower gearing from other options... Is that better? - personally I think this clarification makes it more confusing to make sure it is defining the times the tow package doesn't change the gearing ratio.

I've probably towed among the heaviest thing of all people on here and researched it thoroughly. If you are towing a heavy load, I highly recommend the smittybilt XRC rear bumper. They actually rate the receiver for 5000 pounds and 500 pound tongue weight. I've towed a 5000 pound toy hauler shaped like a tall box. Put like 5-6K miles along the east coast. Trailer brakes + weight dist hitch + anti sway made for safe towing. I have 2012 JKU sport with manual trans and 3.73 rear. The factory receiver suffered from twisting when using the weight dist hitch. The XRC bumper drastically improved on this.
