Is there a way to tell if the tire and wheels still have the TPMS installed?

Someone near is selling a set of 5 rims and tires for $300 with over 70% left on 4 and 100% left on 5th. If they come with the TPMS I may grab them as a spare set of tires. They said they were not sure if the TPMS was in them still. This is the ad on CL h ttp://rochester.craigslist.org/pts/2835158934.html

Thoughts, how is that price?
