Default TPMS & valve stems

How go the TPMS sensors attach to the valve stem on a 2013? I remember my 09 was metal and had a nut to secure them. Are there special valve stems for the 13s or will any rubber valve stem work? If that's big of a deal ill just use my procal to disable when I get my new wheels and tires on this week.

When i had my new wheels installed i was told that the sensors can be reused but that i would have to replace the valve stems at a cost of $10-$15 per wheel. I had them install standard valve stems and i will just deal with the low tire light on the dash until superchips releases the 2014 version of the flashcal.
