When I sold my Mustang, the buyer had to pay the salex tax. Its 6%. The buyer does this as he obtains a bill of sale as well. Its the way Pennsylvania keeps making money I guess.

I knew I wouldn't get top dollar for my Vehicle. I was just looking at whats reasonable to expect from the dealership and it looks like selling it privately is the way to go. I was hoping I could get $18,000 out of it which it seems some people have done but Im not sure if it was recently. Thanks everyone for the responses. I appreciate it. Might have an 07 Stock Sahara for sale in the future with a new engine! haha
