I need a rack for the Trailer hitch to store lawn chairs and a cooler and stuff for camping and road trips any leads or ideas?

I found one in a jcwhitney catalog for 39.00 but it is only 18" deep by the width of the vehicle. I am not sure how much I could fit on it considering it may not stick out past the spare tire that far.

Does anyone know if there are ones that have an extended tounge for a jeep?

Or if someone has one post pics and measurements and I can have my shop at work make one.

Any help please. and what size is the trailer hitch on a 2dr wrangler 1 1/4 2 " ?

This one looks like its on a jeep and it is 79.00 but it looks so small barely enough room for a cooler only.

The problem is you have a length and width or if you prefer width and depth to consider. I have the aluminum hitch haul by masterbuilt and it is wide enough where you can fit two standard (military) duffle bags end to end. I know I could fit my cooler and other things on it. The wife just came in from measuring it and it is 19 1/2" X 60". I got it from Bass Pro for say $100+- I can't recall the exact price. It will hold 500# and fits a 2" reciever hitch which is the one on the jeeps. I do have a little issue witht he spare tire being right at the edge of the hauler but they make an extension for them ($30 I think) I just did not need it untill I get wider tires.

got one at the walmart for like $.80.oo its the mastercraft hitch hauler i think

 

what are the measurements I couldn't find it on the wallyworld web site.
