At that time I ran them to the LATCH hooks for kiddie car seats cause I didn't fold them down. Now I have two eye bolts run though the body on either side with a rachet strap run through the loop type brackets I put on the box. With the rubber straps it used to slide abit, now it doesn't move at all. I keep the tools inside the box kinda divided with a few rags so they don't rattle, got the tool box at walmart for 35 bucks and it's been rained on big time and doesn't leak at all.
