I love it. It was 50degrees on the way to work today. I was doing 75 on the freeway and was talking on the phone with the wife. No problems hearing her at all. Here are a few pics of the top.

Looks great. Can't wait to get mine installed as well. Have you had any problems with rear window/tailgate bar? I know a lot of people complain. I'm thinking its something you get use to. Is it bad taking the windows in and out? Thanks for the pictures.

 

Haven't taken the windows out yet. Doesn't seem that hard. Putting them in wasn't difficult. As for the tailgate bar/rear window no problems either. It's tough to zip the rear window to the side windows, but if the top has been sitting in the sun it will stretch. You just need patience. A second set of hands to pull the pieces together as you zip helps a lot.

 

Sounds like it will sit pretty snug. Very little flapping around then?

 

Hardly any. In fact i don't know if you can tell in this picture, but the top isn't resting on the bow. It's about an inch above it because it's stretched so tight.

 

Can someone still sit in the back seat normally? I was worried if you had someone back there that there head would be hitting the top or uncomfortable. I don't have anyone back there much but occasionally a buddy on a camping trip or something. I know I read the headrests have to come out on the 2011-12 because they touch the window. Your rubicon looks good btw.

 

Plenty of head room.

 

I wonder if the Tektop is easier to get on a 2-door than a 4-door model? Seems like more people have problems fitting on the unlimited vs the 2-door. I'm going to try and wait for a really hot day - hopefully soon.

 

I put mine on late last summer, I think we were in the 70's at the time. I was concerned that I might have problems as I was installing it by myself and I'd read so much about how you need help.

In the end it really wasn't that difficult and I was able to get it finished and all buttoned up by myself. Haven't had a single issue including no leaking at all. Heavy rain and snow not a single drop has leaked in.
