Default Trextop windows

How are y'all cleaning your trextop nx tops? Just soap and water? How are you drying it? Most towels leave crap all over the windows...

I'm sure a lot of people will chime in and say spend the money for the 303 stuff. I however have been using simple green and it seems to work exceptionally at getting mud and clay out of the top fabric.

I use Simple Green for everything as well. I just bought a '12 JKU with both tops. The soft top has not been put on yet, as I live in the NE. Do yo have any fading or deteriorating issues when using Simple Green on the soft top fabric or windows?

Bestop makes a cleaner and conditioner for their soft tops. I bought the cleaner but haven't washed the jeep since I bought the top

WORLD of difference!!
on the stock top i always used 303- got the trektop for xmas and have all the bestop goodies, but so far have only used the window cleaner/ protectant. vs 303 it doesn't leave streaks! I always wash the jeep AND windows with Optimum No Rinse wish a microfiber mitt, and dry with waffle weave on paint/ windows, and finish with microfiber. ++ to who ever mentioned the MF towels- I never figured out how to add reps sorry!!

** random note on white terry towels- don't use em, there's way too many non cotton fillers that swirl the crap out of the paint. Save em for the tub, exhaust components, under the hood, and wiping mud off the windshield while wheeling ;-)
