Default upgrade decisions

For some reason the dealer I bought my JK from did not include the factory $1000 rebate in the sale. I found this out when I received a check from them.
Now my dilema is what to do to my JK
My ideas are these:
1. 5 New wheels and tires Cooper STTs 33/12.5/15 about $1600 locally for everything
2. Bulldog front stubbie bumper: about $525
3. Tera Flex 2.5 coil lift $599 from Northridge 4 x 4

Any suggestions or logical planning ideas would be much appreciated.

Send the money to me. I'll send my address.

(You knew someone was going to say it!)

Purchase number 2 and 3. Wait until the stock tires need replacement and do your wheels and tires then.

This seems like recent thread. If I did it over again I would do armor/bumpers first, lift, then wheels. I am happy to have my lift and wheels on, but the armor should have been priority.
