They talk about changing to a 4 turbo cylinder and sloping the grill back more, ugh..

 

Hemi install will go up and your gonna hit the pedestrian in the chest with the bumper anyway after lifting it!

 

Look at the bright side. Once it comes out we can say It's not a "real Jeep"
like our JK's.

So u say that a liberty or a compass is a real jeep like the wrangler or older TJ and sort

 

Didn't see any pics of the 2015 concept with the leaned back grill...

I will withhold any judgement until pics/further info is released.

I understand the need to evolve, I just hope the new wrangler doesn't come out looking like the DC100, or the replacement for the defender. I hope Jeep people were paying attention to that.

Not sure if anyone else here was following it, but they released pics and specs of it as a defender replacement and got absolutely SHIT ON by everyone possibly on their facebook page. They had to do public damage control for the next couple of days afterwards.

 

I hear square headlights are the next big thing.

In all seriousness I could care less if all we see is major sheet metal changes to improve mpg. I would wheel something that looked like a Prius if it was just as capable.


My fear is that our "new jeepers" have taken controlling interest in sales and will be caterred toward. Can you say ifs and non-removable doors?

 

Nice, looks like government regulation is going to kill true off road ability due to fuel economy and pedestrian safety.....
