Default Lucky you

I am jealous, they tell me that my rubi is blocked from build due to I ordered floor mats, a locking gas cap, and these are all standard equipment on a 2008. So Bill at the Jeepwarehouse could not get into chrysler's system to modify the order so it would proceed. I have bitched and moaned constantly for someone to do something. Finally after me telling them that other people with 2008s had build dates Bill got after them. He tells me that Chrysler informed him if he wants it built he needs to correct the errors on the order so it could proceed. Bill told them he would if he could but he found it impossible to get into the order since all 2007 orders cannot be modified, they must be built as ordered. The whole thing seems like a bunch of crap.
So here is the situation Jeepwarehouse has several newly placed 2008 Rubis orders approved with VINs being built and I have squat . I am very dissatisfied. Bill tells me my order is supposed to be built in August and delivered to him in August.
I guess it will the only 2007 order built behind new 2008 orders. I sure hope it is able to be picked up before the end of August since I leave for several weeks at the end of august.

I can say safely say that my experience with bill (despite the long wait, which has nothing to do with him) has been nothing but stellar.

he has been very informative, friendly, and very customer focused. We all know at jeepwarehouse, their profit is very low for every vehicle they sell and to get this kind of service...I'd recommend them to anyone.

I'm sure if Bill COULD do something, he WOULD.

BTW- I didn't buy from Jeep Warehouse, but Bill helped answer a lot of questions that the locals couldn't.

Default No Problem with Jeepwarehouse

I want to make sure everyone knows that I am not upset with Bill at all, he is suffering like the rest of us. I do have a problem with Jeep, due to their lack of attention I am suffering. Why should I be waiting because of their internal problems? I think it is total crap that 2008 orders are being built before mine and no one is to blame but Jeep.

Bill at Jeepwarehouse has been nothing but outstanding to work with and I highly recommend buying from him...
