Default Warn winch problems!
Be anyone else been having problems with their warn winch? It's been 2 times it failed on me in times of need what is the issue??

It would help if you provided more details.

What model do you have?
What was the recovery situation, and how did it fail?
Have you tried contacting Warn directly? What was their response?

It grinds up and after each trip I have had to twist the end motor cap to free it up and it grinds! Solenoid way out of water and mud! And failed on recovery out of mud and water!

Is a water resistant/proof model? from your avatar I can only guess it may not be used under water but has been submerged.
