What do you mean? Like you brought in your Jeep and they denied service due to mods or do you mean that they are saying that you don't have the lifetime warranty anymore?

i bought it used with everything already done and was all dealer installed. i took it in friday for a recall the guy told me the warranty had been restricted. never heard that one before.

So he didn't give you an explanation as to why the warranty was restricted? He simply said "your warranty is restricted." and you walked out. Or did he say your warranty is restricted due to...A,B,C

yeah that's all he said. I called back today and they told me they didn't know why and i'd have to contact chrysler

If it is a recall, warranty has nothing to do with it. It is something that has been deemed a major issue and is to be replaced.

tells us more of what is going on, issue, what you said, what they said, more specifically.

no they fixed the recall no charge that's different from warranty work. i was just checking to see how much warranty was left on the jeep. that's when he told me about it being restricted.

Did the same thing. If chrysler isn't going to honor it you can bet I'll be going to the dealer (even though they're not a Chrysler dealer anymore) and throwing a fit.
