Default warranty, leaks and rental

So its raining hear in S.C (south cali) and I took my jeep in becasue both doors had water leaking in the morning...

Said they couldnt get to it today(... and their next appointment was 2 weeks away, meaning if it rained, well it rained inside also.. (apparently they had a bbq going down and they wouldnt look at it much after lunch)
Also that it would probably take a few days (lol) or so to check it and I wasnt covered for any rentals. This is superior Jeep in puente hills, ca... by the way.

Sound good to anyone?

Any suggestions?

Thanks

i would say that if they want you continued business they should either take it in now and cover your rental untill it is fixed or you will take you service needs elsewhere Each customer means alot of money if they keep you happy...dont let them be pushy with you, its your money they are losing....if not for this issue they will lose money for future repairs that are out of warranty

Sounds like a typical Jeep or Chrysler product service dept, PURE BULLSHIT! Enough to drive one crazy or postal

If there is anyone from "Chrysler" who trolls this forum, I like your vehicles, but your customer service from corporate to dealership is THE WORST IN THE INDUSTRY and YOUR DEALERSHIPS service departments follow the same route .

Its pretty sad when you have to put a tarp on your new vehicle because it was built like crap and nobody cares enough to fix it for you in a decent timely manner.

True that- but why let it go to hell meantime?

I have had 3 Jeeps- Though I have yet to test this soft top out- the first 2 leaked... Well- Especially the bikini top
...I always kept a tarp on them during rains.

I didn't mean to make light of the problem...
...Just giving my 2 cents.
