What is your fear getting stuck, waterlogging the engine, drowning ?

BTW in general water, mud, snow, rocks and trees don't mix too well with SPEED.

Yes trails and booze do not mix. If you drink during club driving events you are out of club I belong too. Now sitting at the campfire after a long day of having fun is a whole different story.

We took some water into the intake and the engine staled. after like 2min I tried starting it agen and I pulled it out of the water. Then we pulled the intake out and dried it. Had water past the filter and it was soaked. Went to the auto parts store. got a new filter.. and is all good now.... It wasn't that deep the problem was with the speed. I think I just splashed water up into the air box...

I've noticed the serpentine belt "pumps" water onto the airbox.

I need to pickup some foam air filter material and stick it into my "air box snorkle" before messing around. Should flow enough to keep the engine breathing, and yet disperse a good amount of water before it gets into the box
