Went to the stealership today to get an oil change, rotate tires and 23 points inspection had coupon to have all done for only 24.95 took advantage of the price. Well it turns out that I had the right front fender flare light out and was told it would cost $51.00 for a new bulb, that's not including labor. Told them just do what I came for I'll take care of the problem...

I changed lights out on my flares, that was a pain. But the bulb should be simple and cheap. Guess that's why we call 'em the stealership.

I change the bulb very easy to do and inexpensive for the bulb, but unbeleavable what they wanted to charge to do it...

They lost money on the oil change and was trying to make it back up on the light bulb.

Those oil change and whatever point inspections are a foot in the door for making money off of repairs. They do it all the time.
