Default Wet Okole

So this should be an easy answer for some of you guys and a dumb question for me. I've never heard anyone say "Wet Okole". I have only read it. Is it pronounced Wet Oh cole ie or is it Wet Oh Cole?

now you know why no one actually says Wet Okole, it is pronounced just as it's spelt. Or is that spelt just the way it is pronounced?
