Maybe this is a dumb question, but can you just get an air tank, like 5 gallon with no compressor on board and use that to fill 4 35s up to a road worthy amount?
I've used a small tank at work to fill up a normal tire before

You might search the forum for threads on CO2 onboard air.

I was thinking a CO2 tank as well, but I dont want to have to pay for air. Id kinda rather just wait an extra few minutes that it takes to use a compressor.

I'm with you. My suggestion about CO2 was because it might help him find out what it takes to make a tank work. I'm not sure, but I think the reason people opt for CO2 vs air is it is easier to find a paintball shop than a dive shop (to refill the tank).

Just did some research on this. Apparently the CO2 liquefies in the tank. If the tank valve breaks off (think car accident), the CO2 releases slowly enough that the tank doesn't become a missile (as it would with high pressure air).

I think you might be thinking of this:
Jeep JK OBA System by Dominion OffRoad

The best you can get is a York setup but the kits are not cheap. You can build your own if you have some fab skills for a hell of alot less - under 500 bucks. Plenty of write ups on the interwebs

I was also pretty impressed with the ARB twin pump but again not exactly cheap.
