Default What am I missing?

First post. Thanks for all the great info. I have been doing my homework for that last several weeks, reading all I can on here and I think I have my plan to join the Jeep community. I have done limited wheeling in other vehicles, spent a few days on the dunes of MI and a week in AZ in rented Rubicons and have had the JEEP BUG ever since. I cant stand it anymore so I am jumping in!

Here is my plan:
Order a 2012 rubicon 2dr, auto, dual top, tow, tint, connect grp, power grp, auto ac, heated seats, 410s, silver w/ all black interior.
TL membership already received and got my #.
Appraised my trade in.
Ext warranty (i drive less than 5k per year so time will get me before mileage will).
"Rust proof" at local Z location.
Add evap skid and probably RROR aluminum skids and someones front skid, probably skid row. (probably overkill but the bottom of this thing looks a bit exposed)
Pick up a compressor and deflators. I dont plan to wheel alone so no winch for now.
I have tools (sockets, wrenches, BFH, screw drivers, torx), shovel, axe and recovery strap, fire ext, first aid kit. I have read thru the "needed tool" lists and I believe I have it covered.
Is that all I need to go play in the dirt???
The Mrs and I are looking very forward to some jamborees and other events.

I hope to get it in time to add a spider top, smitty gear holder tailgate setup etc to my Christmas list!!!

Did I miss anything? Any glaring omissions in my master plan?

You might wanna add a CB to your list I believe the Jamborees require them plus they are very useful on the trails.

Default Flag?

I also see some of the ORV parks require a flag.

What are you all using?

I see a kit on quadratec. I would like something with a quick release and mounted so it doesn't scar up the jeep. I will do that plenty without the help of a flag.

And thanks for the input on the CB. Still debating between the cobra remote mount and the totally hand held version. Im not thrilled about running cable all over for an antenna but it shouldnt be that bad right?

I got my flag at the ORV park for $10.00 and mounted it on a Teraflex antenna mounting bracket right next to my antenna. It's not a quick disco, but not too hard to mount either.
