What do I use to get rid of Bird Sh*t stains?
I have an 09 Unlimited with cloth seats (non-Yes and non-Vinyl like the 2dr), and over the weekend my interior got bombed on pretty badly.
I was able to get the stains off the my kids carseats and the visors (thank you 303 protectant!) but the front seats have a bunch of berry and white stains on them and I can't seem to get the shit out.
I've tried Resolve Carpet cleaner, 303, Clorox cleaning wipes, and good ole soap and water. Nothing seems to work!
Lesson learned.. Never park under a tree for an extended time period w/o a trail cover or a safari top.

Hmmm...
Not so much stains, but actual damage to your clear coat.
Bird poop is acidic and if left for too long causes physical damage to your paint.
You might need to buff/polish your clear coat to remove the damage.

It might be to late where you have already put chemical cleaners on the fabric, but i once had the same experience with one of my sports cars and took it to the dry cleaners, they didn't even charge me to clean the seat so i took a suit in to be cleaned. the seat was as clean as the day I picked up the jeep. don't ask me how they did it, I went for a coffee while they cleaned it.
I used a steam cleaner last night and it removed the residue (little bits of berries) from the crevices, but the stains are still there. Something tells me I'll have to live with the dark circles and stains on the seats.
Time for a set of Okoles!
