where did the light bars of jeeps past disappear to?
its even seems like the lights on windshield mounts are startin to disappear?

not what i meant..
like on the rigs themselves...
for instance, how many jks have u seen with lightbars compared to tj models..
and on jks it seem slike everyone is goin to put lights on bumper instead of windshield, why is this?

its just like im seeing less and less that arent on the bumper

 

I've seen many windshield mounted light bars... But, bumper mounts are inexpensive and easier to route wiring from.

I agree, "Jeeps" always had light bars around here. Three of my past "Jeeps" (CJ, YJ & TJ) did. Then again, I remember the lag bolts breaking off in the windshield frame & the rust with shaky illumination wasn't great. My "TJ" had the best set up (Mopar windshield hinge mount). Still I like the "MBRP", as it is on my list.
