My favorite "small mods" from my personal experience with lots of trial and error in 3 different JK's:
Mastercraft grab handles: So strong I can hang my bodyweight from one
Quadratec "new" floor liners: Lifetime warranty, nice and thick. Better quality & coverage than the Jeep slush mats.
Marathon Seat Covers: Made of ballistic nylon, resists water and spills better than neoprene. I also had Wet Okoles, the light color grey I had was hard to keep clean.
Spidertrax wheel spacers: Gives the Jeep a much better stance 3" wider track
Rusty's Off Road 2" spacers and shocks: Cheap and easy lift

Tax is that much there? Tax Title License for my Rubi was $710, and I thought that was a lot!
